• Handled and supervised a team of around 4-6 people for a CPA firm based in India & USA.
• Preparation & Review of engagement letters, materiality calculations, audit programs, various testing documents like Cash, AR, AP, FA, Revenue, Lease, Debt, Payroll, and Non-Payroll expense etc.
• Drafting financial statements and PBC documents management.
• Preparation of Preliminary Analytics for conducting review-based questionnaires for management.
• Testing of Cash, Equity, Revenue, Grants, Fixed Assets, and long-term liabilities such as Debt and Notes payable.
• Hands-on experience in compliance testing for HUDs & NPOs audits.
• Worked on Single Audit engagements, including Determining Major Programs, Compliance matrix & Risk assessment, Compliance Testing, and Preparation of SEFA.
• Performed various testing and reviewed workpapers for Revenue, Payroll, Non-Payroll, and other critical testing for NPO.
• Worked on 401K Audit testing, including Distribution Testing, Contribution Testing, Eligibility testing, Notes Receivable Testing.
• Extensively worked on AUPs for multiple clients.
• Coordination with CPA and their clients for confirmation/required documents and information.
• Allocating work to subordinates based on client priorities and ensuring completion before deadlines.
• Passing required AJEs & RJEs in the software to align with required standards.
• Preparation and review of audit reports, including Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cashflow & Notes (with Functional Expense for NPO).
