It is what it advertised to be. Professional quality training and CPE tracking and certificates; systems knows AZ CPA CPE requirements and categories. I've needed help on several occasions and the assistance was quick and effective; however, there were some problems with data entry. The assistance sometimes asks for input, but when I try to type it is dissallowed for some reason. On several occasions I had to close the popup to get it out of my way.

I am Joshua K. Faulkner, General Counsel and Managing Director of Trajectory Forensics, LLC. I am a licensed attorney with over 24 years of legal experience, including a decade on the bench of Utah's 4th District and 4th District Juvenile Courts. In addition to my JD, I am have a BS in Finance, and an AS in business. With me, our firm is led by Managing Directors Kevin J. Mortensen, CPA, CFE, PI; Gary W. France, CPA, CFE, PI; and Joshua D. Mortensen, CPA/ABV/CFF, CFE, CMA. Kevin and Gary are former FBI white collar crime investigators with over 25 years of experience in accounting and the interface between accounting/financial matters with criminal enterprises of all sizes, foreign and domestic. Josh Mortensen is experienced in accounting within publicly traded companies, interfacing between the AICPA and business, and interfacing with the SEC. He is also accredited in business valuation.
