You acknowledge that myCPE does review webinar’s content as per the requirement of NASBA or IRS but doesn’t pre-screen any other content like user information, testimonial etc, but that myCPE and its designees shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse or move any Content that is available on the website or on the mobile application. Without limiting the foregoing, myCPE and its designees shall have the right to remove any Content that violates these terms and conditions or is otherwise objectionable. Any advertisement on myCPE or any kind of marketing or any affirmation or endorsement on myCPE by any party or presenter or sponsor or company does not warrant, endorse or guarantee any Products or services on our Site, and we will not be a party to any transaction between you and any advertiser or user. Registration of Webinars or Videos:

User registering for the webinars or self-study videos or conferences or any ebooks or literature or for any other purposes and have provided contact information and data including his email ids, contact numbers, reviews & comments, questions, testimonials etc. during and after each course may be shared with the presenters & companies and/or to the sponsor of the courses or any other parties as may be needed from time-to-time, for which the attendee has registered for their individual marketing purposes. myCPE does not control how this data is used once it has been provided. By registering for and participating in webinars, self-study videos and audio conferences through the Site, you acknowledge that myCPE may record such sessions and that you consent to such recording and myCPE use of those recordings for promotional, training or any other purposes. Some webinars are being offered through their early recordings. However, presenter are available to answer your queries. In case of unavailability of the presenter, your questions would be redirected to the presenter within 24 Hours.

Termination of Access:

You agree that myCPE, in its sole discretion, may terminate your password, account (or any part thereof) or use of the Service, and remove and discard any content within the Service, for any reason, including, without limitation, for lack of use or if myCPE believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of these terms and conditions or against the interest of public or myCPE. myCPE may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing the service, or any part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to the service under any provision of these terms and conditions may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that myCPE may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information and files in your account and bar any further access to such files or the Service. Security and Passwords:

You will set a password and account designation for using the service & registration process or you may login through third party website like Facebook or other. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify myCPE of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. You may not disclose or share your password to any third parties or using your password for any unauthorized purpose. myCPE cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this paragraph.


You agree to defend, indemnify and hold us and our affiliates, directors, officers, members, managers, agents, consultants and employees harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of any of these terms and conditions or any third party rights, including, without limitation, infringement of any copyright, violation of any proprietary right and invasion of any privacy rights.

Copyright Complaints or Infringements:

It is myCPE’s policy to comply with all intellectual property laws and, in appropriate circumstances, to terminate the accounts of users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your work has been infringed, please send us a notice of copyright infringement containing the following information to

  • Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner;
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
  • Description of where the alleged infringements are located in the Service;
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
  • A statement of good faith belief that the material is infringing;

Once proper notice has been received, myCPE may take the following action:

The subscriber may provide a counter notice that contains the following information:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled;
  • Statement that the subscriber has a good faith belief that the material did not constitute copyright infringement;
  • Subscriber's name, address, telephone number, and email address; and
  • Statement that the subscriber consents to jurisdiction in federal court.

If myCPE receives a counter notification, it will forward this notification to the original complaining party. If the complaining party does not respond to the counter notice by filing a lawsuit, myCPE will restore the material or access to the material within 10 to 14 days of the receipt of a counter notification.

These Terms of use govern your use of our service. As used in these Terms of Use, "MyCPE service", "our service" or "the service" means the Continuing Education service provided by MyCPE for reading, discovering and watching MyCPE content, including all features and functionalities, recommendations and reviews, the website, and user interfaces, as well as all content and software associated with our service.


The Unlimited Access Subscription is for your individual/ firm/ company use and its employees and is non-transferable. Your MyCPE Subscription will continue until terminated. To use the MyCPE service you must have Internet access and a MyCPE ready device, and provide us with one or more Payment Methods. “Payment Method” means a current, valid, accepted method of payment, as may be updated from time to time, and which may include payment through your account with a third party. Unless you cancel your subscription before your billing date, you authorize us to charge the subscription fee for the next billing cycle to your Payment Method (see "Cancellation" below).

Billing Cycle

The subscription fee for the MyCPE unlimited access and other charges such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged to your Payment Method on the specific payment date indicated on the "Account" page.

Payment Methods

To use the MyCPE service you must provide one or more Payment Methods. You authorize us to charge payment through any payment method associated with your account in case your primary payment method is declined or no longer available to us for payment of your subscription fee. You remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not cancel your account, we may suspend your access to the service until we have successfully charged a valid payment. For some payment methods, the issuer may charge you certain fees, such as foreign transaction fees or other fees relating to the processing of your Payment Method. Local tax charges may vary depending on the Payment Method used. Check with your Payment Method service provider for details.

Updating Payment Methods

You can update your Payment Methods by going to the "Account" page. We may also update your Payment Methods using information provided by the payment service providers. Following any update, you authorize us to continue to charge through the applicable Payment Method(s).

Change in the Price and Subscription Plans

We may change our subscription plans and the price of our service from time to time; however, any price change or changes to your subscription plans will apply no earlier than 30 days following the date of notice sent to you. Right to grant a refund shall solely remain with MyCPE. MyCPE shall not provide any refund once the subscription has been purchased or auto-renewed unless there is a specific default in providing services from the side of MyCPE and the user is able to provide the same in writing with valid and reasonable explanation. Users are requested to carefully read and understand the inclusions of MyCPE Unlimited Access “Pro Learner” and “Pro Advance” or MyCPE firms/Companies subscription. In no case refunds shall be granted based on misunderstanding of inclusions in the respective subscription plans as inclusions are clearly indicated on the page. Policy Updates

This refund policy may change from time to time. All changes to the policy will be posted to the website and are effective as of posting.

Refund Timing

Qualifying refunds will be processed within seven (7) business days of request for refund. If the original payment was not made by credit card (e.g. made by check or wire), the refund may take more than seven days to process. A requester will be notified as quickly as commercially practicable if his or her request for refund does not qualify or fall under MyCPE refund policy.

Inclusions and Offers:

You may attend any live event scheduled during your subscription period, and included in your subscription. Registrations for each live webinar are available until the start time of the program. When a live webinar or self-study program is provided by a third-party content provider, it may be excluded from the unlimited subscription. Any exclusions will be clearly noted in the program descriptions. Inclusions and exclusions in the subscription plan may change as per the discretion of the company and shall be informed to you on your registered Email address.

We may from time to time offer special promotional offers on, plans or subscriptions. Offer eligibility is determined by MyCPE at its sole discretion and we reserve the right to revoke an Offer and put your account on hold in the event that we determine you are not eligible.

Cancellations and Auto-Renewals:

Unless set forth otherwise as part of the MyCPE Unlimited Access Subscription related other terms and conditions, this will come into force upon the subscription Commencement Date for an initial period of one (1) year (the “Initial Term”). Following the Initial Term, this subscription shall auto-renew by consecutive one (1) year periods (each period called a “Renewal Term”), and thereafter every year, unless the user cancels the subscription prior to the expiration of the current term. The Initial Term, together with any Renewal Term, is referred to as the “Term”. The subscription pricing during any automatic renewal term will be the same as that during the immediately prior term unless we have given you written notice of a pricing increase at least 30 days before the end of that prior term, in which case the pricing increase will be effective upon renewal and thereafter. In case if you have subscribed during offers or discounts you may have signed up at a lower initial subscription price. However, the subscription price after 1 year during any automatic renewal term will be the “Undiscounted Original Price” of the respective subscription that the user has signed up for or subsequent price increase that has been notified from time to time. We will give you written notice of a pricing increase at least 30 days before the end of that prior term, in which case the pricing increase will be effective upon renewal and thereafter. The unlimited access subscription once purchased or renewed cannot be cancelled for that respective term and no refund will be issued.

Users will be able to cancel subscription by logging in to > User Dashboards > Subscriptions > Cancel Subscription - for the upcoming term by cancelling the auto renewal option.

We try and schedule webinars in such a way that there are no cancellations. But there could be advance cancellations of webinars or there could be last-minute cancellations. Scheduled Webinars may get cancelled because of the reasons like technological issues, system errors, no show by the presenters, or for any other reasons. If myCPE needs to cancel or reschedule a webinar, we will contact the client by email at least three days in advance and provide them an opportunity to reschedule. Full refunds will be provided to registered course participants if the course is cancelled or if participants don’t opt to attend the rescheduled event.

myCPE shall be entitled to recover all reasonable costs and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorneys’ fees, in the event myCPE must commence any action or proceeding against you to enforce these Terms and Conditions, or to recover damages or obtain injunctive or other relief resulting from the alleged breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions. No waiver of any default or breach of any agreement or provision herein contained shall be deemed a waiver of any other default or breach thereof or of any other agreement or provision herein contained. If any provision or portion of a provision of these Terms and Conditions is declared void and/or unenforceable, such provision or portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms and Conditions, which shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

Except as explicitly stated otherwise, any notices shall be given by email from to the email address you provided to myCPE during the registration process, or such other address as the party shall specify. Notice shall be deemed given 24 hours after email is sent, unless the sending party is notified that the email address is invalid.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas without regard to any choice of law principles that could result in the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction. All disputes, differences, controversies or claims arising out of or relating to this Agreement, including, but not limited to, any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be finally and solely determined and settled by arbitration in Texas, in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this Section. The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator. The language of all arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitral award shall state the reasons upon which the award is based. Judgment upon any arbitral award may be entered and enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to our Services, and operation of our Service may be interfered with by numerous factors outside of our control. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. Our failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. You and are independent contractors, and no agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchisor-franchisee relationship is intended or created by this Agreement.

Star Speaker or Most Popular means a person or firm or company who has presented on our platform and has 50+ ratings with 4+ stars.

You hereby acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, understand it and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. You further agree that this is the complete and exclusive agreement between us, and this Agreement supercedes any proposal or prior agreement whether oral or written, and any other communication between us relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.

Rebroadcast Terms :
