Benefits at MYCPE ONE

We have been providing medical insurance benefits since 2021. Medical insurance coverage is INR 400,000. This is a floater medical cover, which is for the entire family, including the spouse and two kids.

If the staff has completed one year with the company, you have the option to include either a set of parents or parents-in-law in the same coverage as well.

In addition, employees are covered under term life and accidental insurance of up to ₹20 lakhs, ensuring extended financial protection and security.

To facilitate staff working late hours, we've implemented a drop-off shuttle service within a 20 km radius. This initiative has significantly enhanced female participation in our workforce. These facilities are monitored by CCTV cameras, providing an additional layer of safety during midnight travel.

MYCPE ONE provides company-funded preventive health check-ups twice a year. In 2023, we also started providing life and accidental insurance for up to 2 million INR for the company's main employees.

We understand the unique challenges that expecting mothers face in the workplace. That's why we have implemented a special policy to support them.

  • Paid Time Off: We provide 26 weeks of paid time off for expecting mothers to care for themselves and their newborns.
  • Rest Time: We also offer an additional 26 weeks of rest time (leave without pay) for expecting mothers.
  • Work from Home: Juggling work and parenthood can be challenging for expecting mothers. Therefore, we also provide the option to WFH for one and a half years.

MYCPE ONE values continuous learning and development, and we have implemented initiatives to support this. Our learning and development team has made it mandatory for team members to complete at least ten credits of L&D every month. We also provide access to continuous learning platforms, offering over 13,000 hours of the latest learning content and over 100 certificate courses. Our content covers all levels, from basic to advanced, and we also provide client-specific training subject to the availability of content and trainers.

At MYCPE ONE, we care about your financial well-being. By structuring salaries with allowances, exemptions, and deductions in mind, we ensure you make the most of your earnings. It’s just one of the ways we prioritize your financial security and satisfaction.

Our Policies

We are committed to maintaining a workplace that is free from discrimination. All recruitment, hiring, and employment decisions are made based on merit, qualifications, and the needs of the business, without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, or any other characteristic protected by law.

We ensure transparency and fairness throughout the hiring process. All candidates are given an equal opportunity to demonstrate their qualifications, skills, and potential contributions. Our recruitment efforts are designed to attract a diverse pool of talent.

Our HR team supports employee growth through mentorship, professional development programs, and internal career progression. We believe in offering our employees opportunities to advance their careers and achieve their goals.

We prioritize a safe and healthy workplace, providing training and support to ensure employees' physical and mental well-being.

To ensure a mutually beneficial working relationship, employees hired for certain positions are required to commit to at least two (2) years of employment with the company. This policy is designed to ensure that both the employee and the company invest in a productive, long-term partnership.

If an employee voluntarily terminates their employment or is terminated for cause before completing the 2-year commitment, they are required to pay the company two (2) months' salary as a penalty. This penalty applies to both salaried and hourly employees and is due within 30 days of the termination date. The penalty compensates the company for the time, training, and resources invested in the employee.

Our unique approach not only benefits our employees but also contributes positively to local communities. By creating job opportunities in areas that typically lack them, we support local talent and foster development in these regions. This commitment is a long-term investment in both our company's future and the communities we serve.

We offer a wide range of training programs aimed at improving both hard and soft skills. Our L&D programs help employees build expertise and grow in their roles. Continuous learning is key to both personal and organizational success.

As part of our commitment to employee development, we provide financial support for professional certifications. Eligible employees can apply for the CPA (Certified Public Accountant), EA (Enrolled Agent), and CMA (Certified Management Accountant) scholarships to further their qualifications.

L&D works closely with employees to create personalized development plans that help them grow their skills and prepare for future roles. We believe in fostering career progression by providing employees with the tools and opportunities they need.

We emphasize regular feedback, goal setting, and performance evaluations to ensure employees are aligned with company objectives and feel supported in their growth.

L&D promotes a culture of knowledge sharing. Employees are encouraged to participate in internal workshops, seminars, and mentoring programs to share insights and best practices across teams.

The IT department ensures the security and confidentiality of company data and employees' personal information. Strict security protocols are in place to safeguard against unauthorized access, data breaches, and cyber threats.

The IT department is responsible for maintaining and optimizing the company’s technology systems, including hardware, software, and communication platforms. We provide 24/7 technical support to resolve issues quickly and ensure minimal disruption to operations.

To maintain operational efficiency and security, personal mobile phones are not allowed on the work floor in certain areas, including IT-related workstations. Employees must store phones in designated personal spaces or break areas while working on the floor.

The IT department supports remote work by providing secure access to the company’s systems, platforms, and communication tools. Employees are equipped with the necessary technology to work remotely without compromising security or productivity.

Real Stories: From Big Four to a Vibrant Work Culture 

One of our colleagues Srijan Garg from Indore office, shared his personal journey in a video, comparing his experiences at a Big Four firm with his current role. He highlights how our work culture stands out from the impersonal corporate machinery he once knew. The vibrancy of tier-two cities and smaller towns contributes significantly to this enriched work experience.

Giving Jobs to Chartered Accountant Dropouts & Hiring Semi-qualified Chartered Accountants 

There are more than 2 Million semi-qualified Chartered Accountants (CAs) or dropouts in India who had to drop out from Chartered Accountancy because they couldn’t clear their CA final exams. However, most of them have worked really hard in their preparation for CA final exams, countless hours of classes, and efforts to crack the course. Moreover, all of them have done their 3-year articleship (which is like a full-time job) in public accounting firms in India, as that's a prerequisite to sit in your CA final exams. This articleship requires you to actually work on tax returns, audits, financial statements, accounting, project financing, etc., during these 3 years, 8 hours daily. Hence, it is equivalent to full-time job experience.

At MYCPE ONE, we don't just offer jobs to CA dropouts, Semi Qualified CAs and CAs – we fuel careers. With our support, dropouts not only find employment but also earn advanced certifications like CPA and EA. We're dedicated to nurturing comprehensive growth, turning dropout stories into success stories in the professional world. 

The Impact of Our Hiring Philosophy 

It's remarkable to note that after our initiative, even Big 4 and larger firms, which previously only hired fully qualified Chartered Accountants, have now begun to consider semi qualified CAs as well, and semi qualified CAs have gained glory back. Since the pandemic outbreak, MYCPE ONE has hired more than 1000+ professionals who are semi-qualified CAs. MYCPE ONE helps these dropouts by providing them scholarships to pursue courses such as CPA and EA  

All CA final students have worked for 3 years in a CA firm in India, as that’s a precondition for appearing in CA final exams.
