We have been providing medical insurance benefits since 2021. Medical insurance coverage is INR 400,000. This is a floater medical cover, which is for the entire family, including the spouse and two kids.
If the staff has completed one year with the company, you have the option to include either a set of parents or parents-in-law in the same coverage as well.
To facilitate staff working late hours, we've implemented a drop-off shuttle service. This initiative has significantly enhanced female participation in our workforce. These facilities are monitored by CCTV cameras, providing an additional layer of safety during midnight travel.
MYCPE ONE provides company-funded preventive health check-ups twice a year. In 2023, we also started providing life and accidental insurance for up to 2 million INR for the company's main employees.
We understand the unique challenges that expecting mothers face in the workplace. That's why we have implemented a special policy to support them.
MYCPE ONE values continuous learning and development, and we have implemented initiatives to support this. Our learning and development team has made it mandatory for team members to complete at least ten credits of L&D every month. We also provide access to continuous learning platforms, offering over 13,000 hours of the latest learning content and over 100 certificate courses. Our content covers all levels, from basic to advanced, and we also provide client-specific training subject to the availability of content and trainers.

The fee of $360, which includes an exclusive $300 scholarship from MYCPE ONE Academy, brings the net price to just $60, ensuring that we attract committed and serious learners to our community. Coaching institutes usually charge between $360 to $600 for EA coaching. At MYCPE ONE Academy, we believe that by charging a small fee, we will attract learners who are truly interested in advancing their careers and gaining valuable skills.

When competing with major firms, including the Big Four, one notable drawback is the micro-departmentalization that often limits learning opportunities within a specific domain of Individuals. Joining larger firms might mean engaging in repetitive tasks without the chance to explore a variety of skills. So, one of our competitive edges, particularly against hiring from big firms, lies in our implementation of a client rotation policy. This policy allows staff members, after a period of 2 to 3 years, to switch and work with a different client, fostering flexibility and attracting top-quality talent.
While there is a structured 3-month transition process, it has been instrumental in bringing in the best minds. It's worth noting that not less than 20% of our staff members choose to exercise the client rotation policy. Interestingly, many are content with their existing clients, leading them to continue working with the same client for extended periods. On average, our staff members collaborate with a single client for over four years, showcasing satisfaction and engagement within our teams.

To ensure a mutually beneficial working relationship, employees hired for certain positions are required to commit to at least two (2) years of employment with the company. This policy is designed to ensure that both the employee and the company invest in a productive, long-term partnership.
If an employee voluntarily terminates their employment or is terminated for cause before completing the 2-year commitment, they are required to pay the company two (2) months' salary as a penalty. This penalty applies to both salaried and hourly employees and is due within 30 days of the termination date. The penalty compensates the company for the time, training, and resources invested in the employee.

To maintain operational efficiency and security, personal mobile phones are not allowed on the work floor in certain areas, including IT-related workstations. Employees must store phones in designated personal spaces or break areas while working on the floor.
The IT department supports remote work by providing secure access to the company’s systems, platforms, and communication tools. Employees are equipped with the necessary technology to work remotely without compromising security or productivity.

Given that many roles require working with North American clients, having the ability to provide crossover time is important.

I remember saying these words, full of excitement & somewhat emotional.
It was 31st Dec, New Year's Eve, almost a decade back. That evening was like stepping into a new life for us. (Me & my younger brother Valay)
MYCPE-ONE wasn't just a dream anymore; it became a reality.
But before getting this first cheque, I went on to meet 300+ CPAs/accountants door to door and well nobody wanted to trust us. (Outsourcing back then was like rocket science). Also we were new, I probably didn’t know how to present myself.
Each meeting was a story in itself, filled with hope and often met with a polite, yet firm 'no.' With each ‘no’ you feel like giving up. But someone within was not ready to quit, maybe that someone was immensely scared of being tagged as failure in life, (That fear of failure probably kept me going).
Jack Owens, CPA out of Orlando, FL after the 2nd meeting told me that “Shawn, I like you buddy let’s get started” And that’s how he wrote us our first check. A 68 year old CPA trusted us and became our first client.
I will always remain deeply grateful to Jack for that trust and belief that he kept on us. Thank you would never be enough to express my gratitude to him. Jack and his team still continue to work with us.
Never forget people who have put early faith in you when you were nobody. Those people might hold no significance to your size of work and stature today but, I always believed that “Don't forget those who supported you when you were nothing”.
This is where the journey of MYCPE ONE started for me in the US and for my brother & Co-founder Valay in India.
I learned that sometimes being naive is an asset. It allows you to see possibilities where others see dead ends.
When everyone around me said, especially some of my relatives in the US, "It's the holiday season, nobody's going to sign up now, people don’t work ” I chose to listen to the voice that mattered most - my own.
It’s with Immense pride I would say that MYCPE ONE's first cheque wasn't signed by a venture capitalist or an angel investor, but by a CPA and that too on the eve of New Year.
Looking back, I'm overwhelmed with gratitude. Grateful to every CPA & Accountant

One such luck was getting your First Cheque from a CPA and not from VC/Angel Investor.
(In fact, in early days of MYCPE ONE whenever we went to raise some money, we never got it. With the benefit of hindsight, it was a blessing in disguise. Today at this stage fortunately a lot of people are ready to invest in us. Life is strange when you needed them the most nobody gave you and now when you don't really need everyone is ready to write a check)

Back then, we didn't had an office, and in a twist of fate, Bharat was referred to us by one of our current competitors, who also happened to be a friend. (I will always be grateful to him for that).
Bharat's interview took place at a roadside stall over tea. (Chai Tafri in Paldi) with Valay.
I vividly recall Bharat's words when he joined MYCPE-ONE:
“I hope this works out. It's the biggest risk I have taken in my life. I am joining a company whose revenue is less than my salary.”
Prior to joining MYCPE-ONE, Bharat had valuable career experience in US Tax.
Despite the uncertainty, Bharat entrusted his destiny to MYCPE-ONE.
I recall particularly amusing incident from our first-ever group Annual Meeting at Club O7. During the meeting, I boldly proclaimed that within 3 years, we would grow into a 200-member team. While everyone nodded along outwardly, as is customary when the boss makes a claim, inwardly, they couldn't help but chuckled/laughed for non-sensical claims.
However, despite the skepticism, Bharat's dedication to the team remained unwavering. He often worked tirelessly during tax season, sometimes for days on end.
He was the cornerstone of MYCPE-ONE, nurturing many colleagues Abhi, Shaishav, Darshan, Mehul, Haresh, Rajesh, Rikin, Dilip, Nisarg, Harsh, and many more.
His commitment to excellence was evident when he became the first Enrolled Agent in the company.
Beyond his professional contributions, Bharat brought his passion for cricket and was a big cheer leader for EPL.
Tragically, on March 31st, 2022, Bharat left this world due to a sudden heart attack, leaving behind his beloved family - a wife, two young daughters, and parents.
His loss is felt throughout MYCPE-ONE as well, leaving a void that could never be filled.
Though Bharat may no longer be with us physically, his legacy lives on as the first member of Team MYCPE-ONE. His memory will forever be cherished, and his impact will continue to inspire us all.
With his quick wit and empathetic nature, he effortlessly lifted the spirits of those around him.

There are more than 2 Million semi-qualified Chartered Accountants (CAs) or dropouts in India who had to drop out from Chartered Accountancy because they couldn’t clear their CA final exams. However, most of them have worked really hard in their preparation for CA final exams, countless hours of classes, and efforts to crack the course. Moreover, all of them have done their 3-year articleship (which is like a full-time job) in public accounting firms in India, as that's a prerequisite to sit in your CA final exams. This articleship requires you to actually work on tax returns, audits, financial statements, accounting, project financing, etc., during these 3 years, 8 hours daily. Hence, it is equivalent to full-time job experience.
At MYCPE ONE, we don't just offer jobs to CA dropouts, Semi Qualified CAs and CAs – we fuel careers. With our support, dropouts not only find employment but also earn advanced certifications like CPA and EA. It's remarkable to note that after our initiative, even Big 4 and larger firms, which previously only hired fully qualified Chartered Accountants, have now begun to consider semi qualified CAs as well, and semi qualified CAs have gained glory back. Since the pandemic outbreak, MYCPE ONE has hired more than 1000+ professionals who are semi-qualified CAs. MYCPE ONE helps these dropouts by providing them scholarships to pursue courses such as CPA and EA
All CA final students have worked for 3 years in a CA firm in India, as that’s a precondition for appearing in CA final exams.

Your job timings depend on the client's requirements. However, these are some standard timings.
The standard notice period is 2 months, and for experienced professionals, it will be 3 months notice period as the handover duration varies from profile to profile.
We have a 2 years minimum employment period. If you leave the company before that minimum period, the company can claim two months of salary.
We provide up to 15 days of unpaid leave.

Yes, we do provide WFH or Hybrid working mode. But this applies only to professionals with 5+ years of experience in the US domain, which also requires approval from the client side.

Yes, there will be weekends off. However, you may be required to work on weekends depending on the client’s requirements. Compensation for that will be adjusted accordingly in the bonus amount on completion of the project.
Our packages vary depending on the branch chosen by the candidate, their prior experience, and their skills.
Initially, recruited candidates have to come to our Ahmedabad branch for a training period of 3 to 6 months (Depending on your experience and Location), post which you will be transferred to the branch.
We do provide an initial 15 days of accommodation (expenses covered) across all branches.
The pre-screening test is a 70-minute test entailing MCQ, subjective questions, communication, and actual practical tasks.
No. This test will require the use of Excel and Word documents. For best results, we request you give from a laptop or desktop.
Considering all the factors, oddly, it will be a span of 2-3 weeks.
