(“myCPE” or “we“), the owner of and (collectively, the “Website” or “Site“), respects the privacy of users on the Internet and has developed this privacy statement to protect user privacy on its Website. The purpose of this statement is to explain the types of information myCPE obtains about users of this Website, how the information is obtained, how it is used, how it may be disclosed to others, and how users can restrict its use or disclosure.


The only personally identifiable information myCPE obtains about individual users through our Website is information supplied voluntarily by the user. Users interacting with our Site may provide myCPE with their name, address, telephone number, email address, domain name or URL or other personally identifiable information that myCPE may use for its own business purposes. In order to login and fully access all the features of the Site, the user must provide this information.


myCPE does not sell, rent, or lease its customer information to unrelated third parties. We may occasionally share registration data with a trusted partner who has served as content provider for a webcast. myCPE is not responsible for any actions such third parties may take with respect to such registration data. All information related to financial transactions (such as cardholder account numbers) is never shared with third parties. Generally, we may use your personally identifiable information (name, postal address, email address, company name) in the following ways:

  • To communicate with you about your account or the Site.
  • To support the operation of the Site (i.e., billing, account maintenance) and troubleshoot.
  • To send you newsletters, promotional messages, product announcements or other communications that we feel may be of interest to you, although you may opt out of receiving these communications (see “Opting Out” below).
  • In other ways that you either expressly consent to or instruct us to undertake.

Opting Out:

As part of the registration process, you will supply us with your postal address, phone number, and email address, and you will be registered to receive periodic communications from myCPE or from other reputable companies affiliated with myCPE. If you do not wish to receive such communications from myCPE, you can:

  • Opt out of receiving future emailed messages by following the “unsubscribe” instructions at the bottom of any emailed message you receive from myCPE

Please allow 30 days for your opt-out election to take effect. Please note that even if you opt-out of receiving the types of communications described above, we may still from time to time communicate with you about your account or operation of the Site; these communications will not be promotional in nature. For example, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance we might send users an email. You cannot opt-out of receiving these communications.


We use cookies to record session information only in order to make user experience more helpful and easy.


myCPE does collect and use some non-personally identifiable, generic information about our users as a means of measuring the effectiveness of our Website. myCPE servers identify certain user information in the normal course of operation, but such information does not reveal a user’s personal identity. We collect this information only in the aggregate and use it to evaluate and improve our Website and to provide targeted information that may be of interest to users of our Website.

We collect only the domain name–not the e-mail address–of visitors to our Website, the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, and only aggregate information on what pages consumers’ access or visit. The information we collect is used to improve the content of our Website.


myCPE shall, pursuant to applicable law, regulation or legal process, such as a search warrant, subpoena or court order, allow access to all available and relevant information in order to comply with such process and protect myCPE’s rights and property. myCPE may also allow access to this information in special emergencies where physical safety is at risk.


myCPE is committed to protecting user privacy on all myCPE Websites and expects the same from our partners, co-sponsors, and suppliers. myCPE, however, is not responsible for the content or the privacy practices of non-myCPE websites, including websites reached through a link on a myCPE Website. Other websites may have different privacy policies, or no policy. Users should review the privacy policies of any website before providing personal information.

Should myCPE modify its practices regarding the collection or use of information obtained from users in the future, this privacy statement will be amended to reflect such modifications.

CPE Policy


Continuing Professional Education Credit: To receive CPE credit for the event, you must register for the webcast prior to the start of each program and login no later than the scheduled start time for the event. You must also answer the polling questions that will be asked throughout the presentation., LLC. may substitute presenters in the event of an illness or emergency. In the event that a webinar must be cancelled, all registration fees (if applicable) will be refunded in full, without exception.


Refund Policy

To obtain a refund for a fee based live webinar or webcast, users can email us at [email protected] or can go into their account and cancel registration at any time prior to the start of the webinar. Fees shall not be refunded if for any reasons you are unable to attend live webinars or in case of cancellation after starting of the webinar. Refunds for self-study courses or Nano Courses are available within 30 days after date of purchase, assuming that no CPE credit has been granted. No Refunds for self-study or Nano Courses shall be granted post 30 days of purchase. If user would like to report a complaint or question about a refund policy please contact our customer service number or email us at [email protected] We offer customer satisfaction with education. In case of any genuine concern or complain please contact our customer service and we shall grant refund for any course provided that CPE credit for the same has not been taken. Many of our courses are free and doesn’t have any fees.

Program Cancellation Policy

If My-CPE LLC needs to cancel or reschedule a webinar, we will contact the client by email at least three days in advance and provide them an opportunity to reschedule. Full refunds will be provided to registered course participants if the course is cancelled or if participants doesn’t opt to attend the rescheduled event.


The myCPE team will be happy to assist you with any questions or comments regarding our webinars. Customer Service is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mountain Time. A representative will try to respond to your email within two business days. (Sponsor Id#: 143597) is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.
