Shawn Parikh is the CEO & Founder of myCPE. With over 15 years of experience in the accounting industry, he forged its foundations and spearheaded the company operations. Shawn’s strategic vision behind starting myCPE was to bridge the gap between the contact creators, speakers and learners. It helps bring them all on the same platform and gain the required CPEs anytime, anywhere and on the go.
Shawn is a Chartered Accountant by qualification, beginning his career as a financial advisor for Insurance, Mutual Funds and Retirement Plans, Shawn undertook public practice, serving small and Mid-size Industries, providing them with consulting and advisory services. He gradually rose to serve in the position as a CFO.
Over the years, Shawn has been accepted as a member of prestigious organizations such as The National Society of Accountants (US), Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode, and the National Association of Tax Practitioners (US).
Shawn was born in India and pursued all his education there. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant, which is equivalent to a CPA. Shawn has an immaculate mind as an entrepreneur and is passionate to contribute his skills towards the growth of accounting industry. His top skills include accounting, finance and consulting for small and mid-size businesses. He is a former alumnus of prestigious Indian Institute of Management and a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
