CPE POLICY

Continuing Professional Education Credit

To receive CPE or CE credit for the event, you must register for the webinar prior to the start of each program and login no later than the scheduled start time for the event. You must also answer the polling questions that will be asked throughout the presentation. my-CPE.com. may substitute presenters in the event of an illness or emergency or cancel the event as may be required. In the event that a webinar must be cancelled, all registration fees (if applicable) will be refunded in full, without exception.

Refund, Complaint & Cancellations:

To obtain a refund for a fee based live webinar or webcast or self study videos, users can email us at [email protected] or can go into their account and cancel registration at any time prior to the start of the webinar. Fees shall not be refunded if for any reasons you are unable to attend live webinars or in case of cancellation after starting of the webinar. Refunds for self-study courses or Nano Courses are available within 30 days after date of purchase, assuming that no CPE credit has been granted. No Refunds for self-study or Nano Courses shall be granted post 30 days of purchase. If user would like to report a complaint or question about a refund policy please contact our customer service number or email us at [email protected]. We offer customer satisfaction with education. In case of any genuine concern or complain please contact our customer service and we shall grant refund for any course provided that CPE credit for the same has not been taken. Many of our courses are free and doesn’t have any fees.

If My-CPE LLC needs to cancel or reschedule a webinar, we will contact the client by email at least three days in advance and provide them an opportunity to reschedule. Full refunds will be provided to registered course participants if the course is cancelled or if participants doesn’t opt to attend the rescheduled event.
However we may last minute cancellation because of reasons beyond our control and we may grant full refund if the webinar has been paid.
