Henry Montag, CFP

Managing Partner at The TOLI Center East

Dix Hills, NY

I as the managing partner of The TOLI Center East help people better understand their life Insurance portfolio regardless of whether a person owns their life Insurance policy individually or through a trust. Whether the person is a CPA, an Attorney, or another type of an advisor, one thing remains the same. Most people are not familiar with their life Ins and incorrectly assume that their coverage will be there for the rest of their lives. But because the majority of life insurance purchased over the last 25 years is Not Guaranteed and has significantly been affected by years of decreased interest rates and neglect on the part of the amateur trustee that wasn’t aware that they should have been increasing the annual premium, an increasing percentage of those policies are now expiring years earlier than anticipated.

Paula Collins

Owner at Law Office of Paula Collins, PLLC

New York, NY

I take a personal interest in my clients and specialize in helping them find solutions to all of their business and individual needs. This means that my clients trust me on a wide range of legal and financial issues that affect their daily lives.

After an early career as a professional pianist, I began to do Tax Preparation for myself and my fellow musicians. This experience is one component of my ongoing practice of providing legal representation to individuals in contracts. I also saw the necessity of protecting assets through Wills, Trusts, and Estate Planning.

In addition to my tax and legal expertise, I have ten years of experience as a Special Education Teacher with NYC Teaching Fellows. Because of this, I have seen firsthand the importance of providing legal representation for those with special needs. The problems faced by these individuals are not abstract concepts to me.

I am a graduate of Brooklyn Law School with a Certificate in Intellectual Property, Media, and Information Law. While in law school, I won the Center for Urban Business Entrepreneurship (CUBE) competition for  an app design to help Indie Filmmakers in developing contracts. Additionally, I won Regional Law School Mediation competition. This award alone is indicative of my ability to find solutions.

Venar Ayar , JD

Principal at Ayar Law

Farmington Hills, MI

Venar Ayar is the principal and founder of Ayar Law and focuses his legal practice on IRS and Michigan tax resolution for both businesses and individuals. He has personally handled a multitude of cases including defending tax audits, negotiating favorable settlements for back taxes, setting up tax payment plans, arranging release of tax liens and levies, defending criminal tax fraud cases and advising those with foreign bank accounts who have not complied with reporting requirements. He represents clients with multi-million dollar assets at stake as well as those with only thousands in assets.

Born and raised in metro Detroit, Michigan, Venar returned to open a tax problem resolution practice when he saw the alarming number of taxpayers struggling due to the downturn in the local economy. He saw there were few qualified and ethical Michigan tax resolution lawyers, but an abundance of scam artists who were taking advantage of taxpayers who needed help.
