Aldrich, an Oregon-based firm, has announced the acquisition of Spokane-based accounting firm HMA CPA. This deal expands Aldrich's presence, marking its entry into the Spokane and Coeur d’Alene, Idaho markets, and enables it to offer HMA's clients a broader range of services, thus strengthening its position as a leading provider of financial and business advisory services in the Western U.S.
Lake Oswego, Ore.-based firm Aldrich (FY23 net revenue: $86.2 million) has announced the acquisition of HMA CPA, a well-established accounting firm based in Spokane, Wash. This strategic move marks Aldrich’s entry into the Spokane and Coeur d’Alene, Idaho markets, expanding its footprint to eight offices across the Western U.S., including Oregon, California, Colorado, Utah, and Washington.

The acquisition will see HMA’s leadership team, including CEO Kevin Sell, as well as partners Kristi Bushnell, Laura Hays, and Mike Whitmore, join Aldrich along with their team of professionals.
