The acquisition of KRD, Ltd., a premier firm providing financial, wealth planning, assurance, tax, consulting, and outsourced accounting services, adds nearly 110 professionals to Aprio's team. Jon Segal, Managing Partner of KRD, Ltd., joins Aprio as the Midwest regional leader and Chicago and Schaumburg office leader.
