Atlanta-based business advisory and accounting firm, Aprio, has acquired tax, accounting and business advisory firm Mangold Anker Phillips (MAP), enhancing Aprio's existing presence in Austin, Texas. The acquisition will expand Aprio's service offerings and strengthen its client value in the region, supporting its strategy to deliver future-focused solutions across the US.
Aprio, an Atlanta-based business advisory and accounting firm, has announced its acquisition of Mangold Anker Phillips, PLLC (MAP), a tax, accounting, and business advisory services firm located in Austin, Texas. This strategic move enhances Aprio's existing presence in Austin, adding new capabilities and positioning the firm to deliver greater value to clients across the region.
MAP comprises 14 partners and professionals who provide a range of services, including tax services, business valuation, litigation support, outsourced CFO and controllership, financial statement attestation, and payroll services. The MAP team will transition to Aprio's existing Austin office located in the Balcones Office Park.
