Atlanta-based firm KNAV Advisory Inc. has expanded its global operations by integrating UK-based Aventus Partners Limited into its group, adding depth in areas such as audit, assurance, and tax advisory. Both companies are part of Allinial Global, an association of independent accounting and consulting firms, and the move, supported by investor Nikhil Kamath, positions KNAV for increased global market reach in the accounting and advisory space.
KNAV Advisory Inc., an Atlanta-based firm, has announced that UK-based Aventus Partners Limited has joined its international group. This marks a significant step in KNAV’s expansion strategy and enhances its global service capabilities.
The addition of Aventus brings four partners and 27 professionals into the KNAV fold. Aventus adds depth in areas such as audit and assurance, tax advisory, financial reporting, and outsourced finance team services. Both KNAV and Aventus are members of Allinial Global, an international association of independent accounting and consulting firms. This shared network strengthens their ability to deliver consistent, cross-border services to global clients.
Nishta Sharma, CEO of KNAV, highlighted the importance of this move for the firm’s UK presence. “This is a major milestone for KNAV’s UK operations,” Sharma said. “It reinforces our commitment to a unified, integrated model that delivers exceptional value to global clients.”
KNAV’s governance is led by a Global Executive Board consisting of Carlos Apapoe, Atul Deshmukh, and Nishta Sharma. This board provides strategic direction for the firm’s global offices and ensures alignment with its international growth agenda.
The firm’s expansion continues to be supported by strategic investor Nikhil Kamath, co-founder of Zerodha. His involvement underscores long-term confidence in KNAV’s unique approach to international professional services and its focus on scalable, client-centric solutions. The integration of Aventus further positions KNAV as a growing global player in the accounting and advisory space, committed to delivering comprehensive and cohesive services across international markets.
