Chicago-based firm Baker Tilly has acquired Alirrium, a prominent robotic process automation (RPA) advisory and implementation firm, to enhance its capabilities in RPA, AI, and machine learning. This decision aligns with Baker Tilly's strategy of providing advanced technology solutions for its client base, including government and commercial clients, and will allow them to offer robust automation solutions and foster digital transformation within various sectors.
Chicago-based Baker Tilly, a firm with FY24 net revenue of $1.72 billion, has announced the acquisition of Alirrium, a prominent robotic process automation (RPA) advisory and implementation firm, effective November 1. This acquisition will enhance Baker Tilly’s capabilities in RPA, artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning, reinforcing its commitment to providing advanced technology solutions tailored to evolving client needs.
Alirrium, a UiPath Gold Partner, is renowned for delivering intelligent RPA solutions that improve operational efficiency, data accuracy, and process automation for a broad range of government and commercial clients. With this acquisition, Baker Tilly can integrate Alirrium's automation expertise with its own comprehensive advisory services, resulting in innovative solutions to drive digital transformation across industries. Ann Blakely, Managing Principal of Digital Solutions at Baker Tilly, emphasized the synergy, stating, “With Alirrium’s RPA expertise and Baker Tilly’s comprehensive advisory services, we are well positioned to offer robust automation solutions to a wide range of organizations.”
Since 2022, Baker Tilly and Alirrium have collaborated on RPA implementations, paving the way for a seamless integration.
