In January 2024, New Jersey-based accounting and consulting firm Baratz & Associates strategically acquired Renzi Bernardi Suarez & Co., a full-service Certified Public Accounting firm. The merger aims to strengthen Baratz & Associates' service offerings, enhance client experience, and implement their strategic growth plans, showing a commitment to growth and excellence.
In January 2024, Baratz & Associates, a leading regional accounting and consulting firm based in Marlton, New Jersey, announced the strategic acquisition of Renzi Bernardi Suarez & Co., a distinguished full-service Certified Public Accounting firm located in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.
This acquisition, effective immediately, is a testament to Baratz & Associates' strategic growth plan and successful track record of expanding its reach. The addition of Renzi Bernardi Suarez & Co., led by Phil Bernardi and Ed Suarez, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to complement Baratz & Associates' comprehensive service offerings.
