Capstone Accounting and Tax, based in Oregon, has acquired Washington-based North Star Tax & Accounting, expanding its presence across the Pacific Northwest to a total of 13 offices. The financial terms were not made public, but North Star will rebrand as Capstone while continuing to serve its existing markets, and its leaders David Romano and Sheena Frenzel will continue their practices as Capstone partners.
