New York-based accounting firm Citrin Cooperman has acquired most of the assets of Florida-based Sharff Wittmer Kurtz Jackson & Diaz PC (SWKJD), increasing its presence in the South Florida market with the addition of five partners and over 30 employees. The merger is intended to enhance the firm's services for closely held businesses in Florida, reflecting a shared value between the two firms for exceptional client service and relationships.
New York-based accounting firm Citrin Cooperman has announced the acquisition of substantially all assets of Sharff Wittmer Kurtz Jackson & Diaz PC (SWKJD), a firm located in Coral Gables, Florida. This strategic move enhances Citrin Cooperman's presence in the South Florida market, adding five partners and over 30 employees to its team. The acquisition is expected to bolster the firm's capabilities in serving closely held businesses in the Miami area and throughout Florida.
