Atlanta-based firm CKH Group has acquired the Michigan audit practice of Jason F. Clausen, bolstering its commercial and nonprofit auditing capabilities and adding Clausen as audit director, Greg Silos as audit manager, and seven other professionals. The acquisition ideally strengthen CKH's expertise in Professional Employer Organization audits, Service Organization Control reporting, peer reviews, and nonprofit audits, while offering Jason F. Clausen's clients access to CKH's broader services.
