Austin-based accounting and advisory firm DK Partners has merged with Carr, Riggs & Ingram (CRI), further expanding CRI's presence across Texas and advancing their nationwide expansion strategy. The deal, CRI's fifth since its private equity investment in late 2024, will enhance CRI's capabilities in tax, audit, and advisory services, giving DK Partners' clients access to wider resources.
