Carr Riggs & Ingram (CRI), an Enterprise, Alabama-based accounting firm, has merged with Tuscaloosa company Morrison & Smith, marking CRI's first foray into the Tuscaloosa market. The merger, which comes after CRI's 2024 investments from Centerbridge Partners and Bessemer Venture Partners, enhances CRI's service offerings and solidifies its industry position while allowing Morrison & Smith to operate under the CRI brand from their current location.
