CliftonLarsonAllen LLP (CLA), a top national professional services firm with FY23 net revenue of $2 billion, has announced that Dembo Jones CPAs and Advisors, based in North Bethesda, Maryland, has officially joined the firm. The combination, effective May 1, advances CLA’s goal of growing by $1 billion through acquisitions over the next five years and further strengthens its presence in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.
Founded more than 70 years ago, Dembo Jones has built a reputation for delivering high-quality accounting, tax, audit, and consulting services to a wide range of clients, including businesses, government agencies, nonprofits, and individuals. With offices in Bethesda and Columbia, MD, the firm adds over 80 professionals to CLA’s national team.
Brent Croghan, managing director of Dembo Jones, emphasized the shared values and expanded opportunities this move brings:
