National CPA and advisory firm, Doeren Mayhew, has acquired Nearman, Maynard, Vallez CPAs, propelling the company to the forefront as the leading credit union auditing firm in the US. This strategic acquisition not only marks a critical milestone in Doeren Mayhew's growth strategy but also expands its capabilities in providing audit and consulting services to credit unions across the nation.
Doeren Mayhew, a national CPA and advisory firm, has acquired Nearman, Maynard, Vallez CPAs, a Miami-based firm specializing in credit union services. This acquisition positions Doeren Mayhew as the leading credit union auditing firm in the United States, with over 375 annual audit clients and 500 total credit union clients.

Founded in 1979, Nearman, Maynard, Vallez CPAs exclusively served the credit union industry, providing audit and consulting services to more than 170 credit unions nationwide. The firm was consistently ranked among the top credit union auditors in the country.
