This move aims to provide clients with advanced software development capabilities, aiding digital transformation efforts, while ensuring continuity and stability under the existing GRIFFIN brand.
Doeren Mayhew, a prominent Troy, Michigan-based firm, has announced the acquisition of Atlanta-based GRIFFIN Global Technologies. This strategic move significantly enhances Doeren Mayhew's technology and artificial intelligence capabilities, aligning with its commitment to digital transformation. GRIFFIN, established in 2009, specializes in software development, AI automation, data analytics, and technology consulting, serving a diverse clientele from growth-stage companies to Fortune 500 businesses.
The acquisition allows Doeren Mayhew to leverage GRIFFIN's expertise in software development and application integration. GRIFFIN operates with a hybrid-shore model, employing nearly 50 U.S.-based developers and project managers, alongside approximately 200 technology professionals in Kenya. The firm will continue to operate under its existing name, with founder Matt Turner and CEO Dan Hoover remaining as principals, ensuring continuity and stability for its clients and employees.
Chad Anschuetz, CEO of Doeren Mayhew Advisors LLC, emphasized the importance of this acquisition in helping clients navigate the rapidly evolving technology landscape.
