New York-based EisnerAmper, a leading firm in the accounting industry, has announced a strategic combination with KLG Business Valuators & Forensic Accountants. This merger, expected to finalize in May 2026, aims to enhance EisnerAmper's capabilities in forensic accounting, business valuation, and litigation support.
KLG, established in 1980 and headquartered in Melville, N.Y., is renowned for its expertise in business valuations, forensic accounting, and litigation support. The firm has a distinguished history of serving as court-appointed neutral financial experts in numerous legal cases over the past four decades. This combination will bolster EisnerAmper's national platform, particularly in matrimonial litigation, dispute consulting, and expert witness services.
Clients of KLG will benefit from EisnerAmper's extensive advisory infrastructure and advanced technology resources. Chris Loiacono, EisnerAmper's Vice Chair of Services, highlighted KLG's reputation for credible and rigorous work in complex valuation and forensic matters, noting that their services complement EisnerAmper's existing advisory platform.
Glenn Liebman and David Gresen, co-managing partners of KLG, expressed enthusiasm about the merger, citing strategic opportunities for both clients and team members. Allan D. Koltin, CEO of Koltin Consulting Group, who advised on the deal, emphasized the cultural and strategic fit between the two firms, predicting significant growth opportunities for KLG's professionals within EisnerAmper's expansive framework.
