Forvis Mazars, a leading professional services firm, has acquired ConTech360, a provider of construction technology services, to strengthen its construction technology consulting practice. Alongside this, Forvis Mazars has secured a partnership with global tech company Trimble, enabling the firm to assist construction clients during the purchase and implementation of Trimble's software platforms – moves that demonstrate Forvis Mazars' dedication to driving operational efficiency and client success in the digitalizing construction industry.
Forvis Mazars has strengthened its commitment to the construction industry by acquiring ConTech360, a leading provider of construction technology services based in Charlotte, North Carolina. This strategic acquisition, finalized on September 1, 2024, aims to bolster the firm's construction technology consulting practice.
Leadership and Expertise:
The acquisition brings seasoned professionals Jim Wagner and Steve Maddox into Forvis Mazars as managing directors. Both founders of ConTech360, Wagner and Maddox bring extensive experience in construction technology solutions, enhancing the firm's capabilities in this sector.
Strategic Partnership with Trimble:
In addition to the acquisition, Forvis Mazars has entered into an agreement with Trimble, a global technology company, to become an Authorized Business Development Partner. This partnership enables Forvis Mazars to offer expertise to construction industry clients throughout the purchase, deployment, and implementation of Trimble's Viewpoint ERP software platforms. Lawrence Smith, Vice President of Construction Management Solutions at Trimble, expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration, stating, "We are delighted to extend our already-strong collaboration with Forvis Mazars to new areas in service of helping contractors transform their business to move into the future faster and with more confidence."
