The merger, led by a Global Network Board including Hervé Hélias, Matt Snow, and Tom Watson, presents a commitment to enhanced client service and positions Forvis Mazars as a notable player within the worldwide professional services industry.

On June 1, 2024, Mazars and FORVIS officially launched Forvis Mazars, a new global network combining their resources to create a top 10 global network with approximately $5 billion in revenue. This strategic alliance aims to deliver consistent, high-quality, and comprehensive services worldwide, enhancing their ability to meet clients' diverse needs.

Leadership and Structure:

The network is governed by a Global Network Board, which includes:

Hervé Hélias: Chair of the Global Network Board and Chairman of the Forvis Mazars Group executive board.

Matt Snow: Chairman of Forvis Mazars LLP and Vice Chair of the Global Network Board.

Tom Watson: CEO of Forvis Mazars LLP and member of the Global Network Board.

This leadership structure is designed to facilitate seamless collaboration and client delivery across the network.
