US firm Grant Thornton has acquired Fort Lauderdale-based company Auxis, adding over 1,400 professionals primarily based in Costa Rica and Colombia and expanding its advisory capabilities. The acquisition is expected to strengthen the firm's transformation services especially in outsourcing strategy, digital modernization, and operational agility, and bolster its position in the tech-enabled outsourcing sector globally.
