Accounting firm Grassi has acquired Denver-based OnePoint Franchise Accounting, enhancing its nationwide reach and bolstering its franchise clients' portfolio. The acquisition enables Grassi to extend its services into the Mountain West region and increase support for large franchise consolidations and private equity-backed groups.
Top 60 accounting firm Grassi has announced the acquisition of OnePoint Franchise Accounting, a Denver-based firm specializing in accounting and advisory services for restaurant and food franchise clients. The move expands Grassi Franchise Services’ reach nationwide and adds a strong portfolio of franchise clients across multiple ownership models.
Founded in 1998, OnePoint provides accounting services to franchisees, franchisors, multiunit restaurant groups, and other business owners across the U.S. With this acquisition, Grassi Franchise Services now includes over 100 professionals serving clients in tax, advisory, and financial reporting for franchise operations.
As part of the deal, Laura Wright joins as franchise business development leader, and Diana Mead becomes co-president of Grassi Franchise Services alongside James Bohl. “This integration advances our strategy to meet clients wherever they operate, with the specialized knowledge they rely on to grow their businesses,” said Louis Grassi, CEO, founder, and managing partner.
The acquisition also marks Grassi’s entry into the Mountain West region, strengthening its geographic footprint and expanding its ability to support large franchise rollups and private equity-sponsored groups. Mead added, “Joining Grassi allows us to deliver with greater scale and speed while maintaining our commitment to personalized service.”
