Hertz Herson CPA LLP, a prominent New York-based accounting and consulting firm, has announced the integration of Richard J. Lynne CPA, P.C. into its operations, effective January 1, 2025. This merger enhances Hertz Herson's capabilities in serving high-net-worth individuals, families, and closely held businesses, particularly in the Westchester, New York market.
About Richard J. Lynne:
Richard J. Lynne brings over 40 years of experience as a Certified Public Accountant, specializing in:
• High-net-worth individual tax planning and preparation
• Closely held businesses
• Real estate
He has extensive experience in real estate partnership taxation and related real estate management. Richard was among the first CPAs to earn the Personal Financial Specialist designation, certified by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
Educational and Professional Credentials:
• Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Maryland
• Certified Financial Planner designation from the College for Financial Planning of Denver
• Member of the AICPA and the New York State Society of CPAs
