Jason Patch: As Partner-in-Charge of Audit Services, Patch will oversee the firm's audit professionals in providing core audit and assurance services. Since joining KSM in 2001, he has provided audit, review, and attestation services to clients in various industries, with a particular emphasis on manufacturing and distribution. Patch serves as the partner-in-charge of the firm’s Manufacturing & Distribution Services Group.
Mike North: Assuming the role of Partner-in-Charge of Advisory Services, North will lead a team of professionals offering specialized advisory services. Since joining KSM in 2000, he has consulted with clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, auditing, compliance, and internal control matters. North is responsible for KSM’s merger and acquisition initiatives and other strategic investments.
Mike Lee: As Partner-in-Charge of Key Industries, Lee will provide guidance and direction to the firm’s industry leaders, supporting the development and execution of their strategic plans. Since joining KSM in 2002, he has assisted clients in making strategic business decisions, avoiding risks, and overcoming challenges through consulting in areas such as complex acquisitions and divestitures, M&A advisory, and financial reporting.
Jamie Ellis: Serving as Chief Operating Officer and Partner-in-Charge of Operations, Ellis will lead a team focused on aligning and optimizing KSM’s resources with the firm’s strategic direction. He will also focus on overall strategy and direction for the firm, leveraging his experience in various operations and financial roles to drive KSM forward.
