Indianapolis-based accounting firm Katz Sapper & Miller (KSM) has expanded its presence to Illinois by merging with Deerfield-based MichaelSilver. The deal introduces 60 professionals and 14 partners to KSM, offering a range of services such as trust and estate planning, international tax, valuations and outsourced finance, as part of the company's growth strategy, and establishes KSM's first physical office in Illinois.
