KSM Acquires ValueKnowledge to Expand Valuation Services

Indianapolis-based firm Katz Sapper & Miller (KSM) has announced that business valuation firm ValueKnowledge LLC will join it, as of 21 October. The move extends KSM's advisory services and valuation practice, bringing on board a seasoned team led by Jim Krillenberger and Andy Stebbins, advancing their capabilities in delivering tailored advisory solutions and assisting clients with financial challenges.

Indianapolis-based IPA 100 firm Katz Sapper & Miller (KSM) has announced that ValueKnowledge LLC has joined the firm, effective October 21. The transaction significantly enhances KSM’s business valuation practice, bringing in an experienced team led by Jim Krillenberger and Andy Stebbins, who join as managing director and director, respectively.

Jim Krillenberger, founder of ValueKnowledge, brings more than 25 years of experience in business valuations, including leadership roles at Big 4 firms and the successful development of his own valuation consultancy. “KSM’s reputation and client-centered approach make this a natural and exciting next step for ValueKnowledge,” said Krillenberger. “The alignment of our teams allows us to combine strengths and seamlessly continue to serve our clients while offering them expanded services and solutions.”

The merger not only enhances KSM’s valuation services but also supports the firm’s broader advisory strategy, particularly as clients face increasingly complex financial challenges. Andy Stebbins, who brings deep technical and client service expertise, will contribute to advancing KSM’s capabilities in delivering tailored, high-quality advisory solutions.
