Landmark CPAs and Garland & Greenwood Announce Merger

Little Rock, AR – Landmark CPAs, based in Little Rock, Arkansas, has announced a strategic merger with Garland & Greenwood CPAs, effective January 1, 2025. This partnership brings together two highly regarded firms, enhancing capabilities and expanding their geographical presence, especially in Arkansas and Arizona. 

The merger will combine Garland & Greenwood’s four Arkansas offices, 36 staff members, and four partners—John Brock, Jake Froemsdorf, Rocky Goodman, and Greg Schichtl—with Landmark’s existing team. As a result, the newly merged firm will now boast over 200 professionals across eight locations, strengthening its service offerings and creating more opportunities for staff development. 

As part of this merger, Landmark CPAs is expanding its footprint by opening a new office in Conway, Arkansas, and adding another location in Jonesboro, Arkansas. These expansions will provide more accessible, efficient services across a larger area and allow for deeper engagement with clients in these regions.
