Landmark CPAs is merging with Garland & Greenwood CPAs in a strategic partnership taking effect from January 1, 2025, affecting offices and staff in Little Rock, Arkansas and Arizona. The merger intends to enhance capabilities and geographical coverage, creating greater opportunities for staff development and delivering improved services to clients across expanded regions.

Little Rock, AR – Landmark CPAs, based in Little Rock, Arkansas, has announced a strategic merger with Garland & Greenwood CPAs, effective January 1, 2025. This partnership brings together two highly regarded firms, enhancing capabilities and expanding their geographical presence, especially in Arkansas and Arizona.

The merger will combine Garland & Greenwood’s four Arkansas offices, 36 staff members, and four partners—John Brock, Jake Froemsdorf, Rocky Goodman, and Greg Schichtl—with Landmark’s existing team. As a result, the newly merged firm will now boast over 200 professionals across eight locations, strengthening its service offerings and creating more opportunities for staff development.

As part of this merger, Landmark CPAs is expanding its footprint by opening a new office in Conway, Arkansas, and adding another location in Jonesboro, Arkansas. These expansions will provide more accessible, efficient services across a larger area and allow for deeper engagement with clients in these regions.

“This merger allows us to build on our shared commitment to delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions to our clients,” said Landmark CPAs Managing Member Randy Milligan. “Together, we are stronger, and we look forward to the many opportunities this merger will bring for both our staff and our clients.”

Rocky Goodman, Managing Partner at Garland & Greenwood, echoed this sentiment, stating, “Joining forces with Landmark CPAs is a tremendous opportunity for our firm. We have long admired Landmark’s dedication to excellence and client service, and we are thrilled to become part of a team that shares our values. This merger enables us to provide even greater resources and expertise to our clients.”

The merged firm, which will continue to operate under the name Landmark CPAs, is committed to ensuring a smooth transition. Clients will continue working with the professionals they know and trust, without any disruption in service. The combined firm’s unified branding will be rolled out in communications as part of this transition, symbolizing a new era of growth and shared expertise.

Landmark and Garland & Greenwood are enthusiastic about the future and are confident that the merger will lead to greater success, expanded service capabilities, and enhanced resources, benefiting both clients and communities across their expanded regions.

Until next time…
