Marcum Technology, a division of Marcum LLP, has acquired the IT Enhanced Managed Services division of accounting firm CliftonLarsonAllen LLP (CLA), effective June 1, 2024. The acquisition is expected to improve Marcum Technology's managed IT services and aid its expansion into the Midwest, with focus on the banking and healthcare sectors.
Marcum Technology, a division of Marcum LLP, has announced the acquisition of the IT Enhanced Managed Services division from CliftonLarsonAllen LLP (CLA), a top-ten accounting firm. This strategic move, effective June 1, 2024, aims to bolster Marcum Technology's capabilities in managed IT services, particularly within the banking and healthcare sectors.

The acquisition facilitates Marcum Technology's expansion into the Midwest, allowing the firm to offer enhanced IT solutions to clients in this region. Additionally, the integration of CLA's team, led by Tim McFarland, Vice President of Managed IT Services, brings valuable expertise to Marcum Technology's banking and healthcare industry teams.
