Atlanta-based firm Mauldin & Jenkins is merging with LaPorte CPAs & Business Advisors, gaining 178 professionals and expanding into the cities of New Orleans, Baton Rouge, Covington, Houma, and Houston. The merger, which enhances Mauldin & Jenkins' technical capabilities in tax, assurance, and advisory services, boosts their national presence with over 750 professionals across 19 offices, benefiting clients with complex, multi-state operations.
