Meaden & Moore, an accounting consultancy, has acquired ChainRing Advisors, a management consulting firm, enhancing its advisory capabilities while pushing into technology-enabled consulting and outsourced strategy services. With ChainRing's founder, Mark Kasinec, taking the role of Meaden & Moore's director of advisory services, the company aims to develop innovative, data-driven solutions targeting long-term growth, especially for middle-market and family-owned manufacturers.
Meaden & Moore has bolstered its advisory capabilities with the acquisition of ChainRing Advisors, a Cleveland-based management consulting firm known for hands-on support to CEOs and equity owners. Founder Mark Kasinec has joined Meaden & Moore as director of advisory services, bringing decades of operational and executive experience to the role.
This move signals Meaden & Moore’s deeper push into technology-enabled consulting, operational performance, and outsourced strategy services. Kasinec will focus on building integrated, data-driven solutions that support long-term growth and profitability, especially for middle-market and family-owned manufacturers.
CEO Jim Rollins called the acquisition a key step in delivering “forward-thinking solutions that deliver measurable value.” With FY23 revenue at $51.4 million, Meaden & Moore is positioning itself as a full-service firm blending traditional accounting with modern advisory strength.
