Dublin, Georgia's accounting firm, Nichols Cauley, has acquired Miami-based tax advisory entity, The Molieri Group. The move aims to enhance Nichols Cauley's expertise in international tax consulting, estate and trust matters, with the acquisition set to strengthen their platform, particularly for high-net-worth individuals and business owners.
Nichols Cauley, a prominent accounting firm based in Dublin, Georgia, has announced the acquisition of The Molieri Group, a Miami-based tax advisory firm. This strategic move is set to enhance Nichols Cauley's capabilities in international tax consulting, estate and trust matters, and planning for high-net-worth individuals and business owners.
The Molieri Group is renowned for its expertise in inbound and outbound international tax consulting, particularly for privately held businesses and business owners with connections to Latin America and South Florida. Alan Whitman, CEO of Nichols Cauley, emphasized the importance of specialized tax expertise in today's complex business environment. He stated that the integration of The Molieri Group will strengthen Nichols Cauley's platform, adding depth and sophistication to the services they offer to clients.
Alejandro Molieri, founder of The Molieri Group, expressed his enthusiasm for joining Nichols Cauley, highlighting the firm's commitment to serving business owners through integrated advisory services.
