Harrison, N.Y.-based firm PKF O’Connor Davies has incorporated Philadelphia-based accounting firm, Rainer & Company, in an effort to extend its regional capabilities and strategic expansion into key practice areas. Rainer & Company's staff, led by managing shareholder Joseph T. Fabrizio, will transition into PKF O’Connor Davies' platform, enhancing their existing services with a larger network and deeper expertise.
