PKF O’Connor Davies Adds Rainer & Company

Harrison, N.Y.-based firm PKF O’Connor Davies has incorporated Philadelphia-based accounting firm, Rainer & Company, in an effort to extend its regional capabilities and strategic expansion into key practice areas. Rainer & Company's staff, led by managing shareholder Joseph T. Fabrizio, will transition into PKF O’Connor Davies' platform, enhancing their existing services with a larger network and deeper expertise.

Harrison, N.Y.-based IPA 100 firm PKF O’Connor Davies (FY23 net revenue: $377.5 million) has welcomed Rainer & Company, a respected Philadelphia-area accounting firm, to its growing network.

The move strengthens PKF O’Connor Davies’ regional presence and supports its strategic expansion into key practice areas. “Adding Rainer & Company aligns with our overall growth strategy,” said Kevin J. Keane, CEO of PKF O’Connor Davies. “It enhances our capabilities in regions where client demand continues to grow.”

Founded in 1954, Rainer & Company serves a diverse client base across industries such as construction, real estate, manufacturing, government, nonprofits, and retirement plans. The firm’s four shareholders and 25 staff members, led by managing shareholder Joseph T. Fabrizio, will transition into PKF O’Connor Davies’ platform.
