Memphis-based accounting firm Reynolds Bone & Griesbeck (RBG) has acquired fellow Memphis entity Scott and Pohlman PC (S&P) with the aim to boost its tax, client advisory, and accounting services. The merger, effective November 1, 2024, aligns with RBG's commitment to strengthen its service offerings and expand capabilities, while ensuring seamless transition and high-standard personalized service for current clients.
Reynolds Bone & Griesbeck (RBG), a Memphis-based accounting firm, has acquired Scott and Pohlman PC (S&P), also located in Memphis, effective November 1, 2024.
This acquisition enhances RBG's tax, client advisory, and accounting services, enabling the firm to offer expanded solutions that support clients' growth and success.
Skeet Haag, Managing Partner of RBG, expressed enthusiasm about the merger, stating, "We are thrilled to welcome the experienced team at Scott and Pohlman to the RBG family. This acquisition represents our commitment to strengthening our tax and client advisory and accounting service teams."
