Richey May has announced the acquisition of Wagner Kaplan Duys and Wood LLP, a tax and advisory services firm recognized for its long standing client relationships and specialized expertise. The transaction strengthens Richey May’s national platform and expands its advisory and tax capabilities.
Wagner Kaplan will immediately adopt the Richey May brand, consistent with the firm’s broader national brand transition strategy across recently integrated practices. The combination aligns firms that share a focus on specialization, technology enabled service delivery, and a people first culture.
Through the acquisition, clients gain access to expanded technical resources, broader specialty services, and enhanced infrastructure while maintaining continuity with their existing service teams.
