This merger aims to broaden the range of services and resources available to clients, enhancing the value provided and better addressing diverse client needs. All HTC partners and employees will join SBF as part of this integration.

Both firms will continue to operate under their respective brands into 2025, with no immediate changes to contact information. Discussions regarding potential brand integration, including a new firm name, are planned for the coming months.
