SingerLewak Combines Forces With Local Perspective to Drive Impact

SingerLewak LLP, a Top 100 accounting and consulting firm established in 1959, has announced that the partners of Farber Hass Hurley Ventura County LLP have joined the firm, strengthening SingerLewak’s audit, tax and advisory capabilities across Ventura and Los Angeles counties. 

The incoming partners, Paula Woodward, Sherwin Tolentino, Samantha Dee, Warner Cutbill, Jeff Hass and Patricia Farber—bring deep experience serving public and privately held companies, not-for-profit organizations, employee benefit plans, private schools and governmental entities. Their addition reinforces SingerLewak’s strategy of combining national-firm resources with strong local market insight.

Partner Backgrounds 

• Paula Woodward joins SingerLewak with more than 20 years of experience providing audit, review, internal control assessments, due diligence and SEC reporting services. Her client base includes public, private and venture-backed companies across retail, not-for-profit, distribution, manufacturing and technology. She earned her accounting degree magna cum laude from California Lutheran University and serves on the supervisory committee of OceanAir Federal Credit Union. 
• Sherwin Tolentino joins as a tax partner with experience in tax planning, compliance and accounting services across service industries, manufacturing, real estate, agriculture, distribution and technology. He also advises nonprofit organizations, foundations, estates and trusts. Tolentino holds degrees in accounting and finance from California State University, Northridge. 
• Samantha Dee joins as an audit and attest partner with more than 15 years of public accounting experience. She leads audits and reviews for public and private entities, with industry expertise in manufacturing, distribution, construction and nonprofit organizations. She earned her degree in economics from UCLA. 
• Warner Cutbill joins as a tax partner specializing in tax planning and compliance for individuals, partnerships, corporations, trusts, estates and nonprofit organizations. His experience spans agriculture, digital assets, healthcare, manufacturing, technology and real estate. He holds an accounting degree from California Lutheran University. 
• Jeff Hass joins as an audit and accounting partner with more than 40 years of public accounting experience. He has led audit engagements for domestic and international companies and has served clients across Europe, China, Taiwan and South America. His industry experience includes manufacturing, distribution, technology, life sciences and retail. 
• Patricia Farber specializes in proactive tax planning, compliance and advisory services for individuals, businesses, trusts, estates and nonprofit organizations. She has also advised clients on mergers, acquisitions and exit strategies. Her industry experience includes real estate, manufacturing, distribution and technology.
