Springline Advisory has incorporated New Jersey-based Cg Advisory into its platform, extending its footprint in the Northeast and amplifying its tax and specialized advisory services. The move is part of Springline's ongoing growth strategy, backed by private equity, and will deepen its service offerings for middle-market clients while preserving Cg’s existing leadership, client relations and culture.
Springline Advisory has added New Jersey based Cg Advisory to its platform, strengthening its presence in the Northeast and expanding its capabilities across tax and specialized advisory services.
Headquartered in Tinton Falls with an additional office in Toms River, Cg Advisory brings regional scale along with expertise in healthcare advisory, forensic and matrimonial services, and core tax offerings. Its affiliated entity, Cg Healthcare Solutions, provides medical billing, consulting and revenue cycle management services.
The partnership enhances Springline’s ability to deliver industry focused advisory solutions while maintaining Cg’s existing leadership structure, client relationships and culture. Firm leadership noted that the addition supports continued expansion in key markets and deepens service offerings for middle market clients.
The transaction follows Springline’s recent partnership with a West Coast firm, reflecting an active growth strategy supported by private equity backing. Through its platform, Springline aims to combine regional expertise with national resources to support scalable growth and specialized client service delivery.
