Accounting firm Stephano Slack has acquired Boyer & Boyer CPA and Kimmel, Lorah & Associates (KLA), expanding its services across sectors such as construction, manufacturing, distribution, real estate, non-profit organizations, and professional services. The financial terms of the transactions have not been disclosed, but the deals will enhance the company's resources in HUD audits, single audits, international tax, and broader advisory capabilities, with both existing engagement teams and leadership backups remaining in place.
