CPA firm Teal, Becker & Chiaramonte (TBC) has acquired fellow CPA firm Harvazinski & Montanye (H&M) to expand its services throughout New York's Capital Region. As part of the deal, all H&M professionals have now joined TBC, enhancing its capacity for future growth while maintaining its client-first approach.
Teal, Becker & Chiaramonte, CPAs, P.C. (TBC) has expanded its regional footprint with the acquisition of Harvazinski & Montanye, LLP (H&M), a respected CPA firm based in Latham, NY. The move enhances TBC’s reach and service capacity throughout New York’s Capital Region, aligning with the firm’s long-term growth strategy and client-focused values.
H&M, founded in 1995, brings a strong reputation in assurance and tax services. As part of the acquisition, all H&M professionals have joined TBC, including founding partners Lawrence Harvazinski and Eric Montanye, who now serve as Directors at the firm. This integration promises clients access to broader resources while maintaining the personalized service both firms are known for.
