UHY Expands National Presence with Acquisition of Two Accounting Firms

Prominent accounting and consulting firm UHY LLP has acquired two established accounting firms, Tama, Budaj & Raab, P.C. in Michigan, and Botz Deal & Company, P.C. with three locations in Missouri, taking effect from January 1, 2025. This move will open three new UHY offices in the US while maintaining the current teams and roles, demonstrating UHY's commitment to expanding its services and increasing its footprint in strategic US markets.
UHY LLP, a prominent accounting and consulting firm, has announced the acquisition of two established accounting firms, effective January 1, 2025. This strategic move introduces three new offices to UHY's U.S. operations, enhancing its presence in Michigan and Missouri.
Expansion in Michigan:
In Michigan, UHY has joined forces with Tama, Budaj & Raab, P.C. (TBR), a full-service accounting firm with over 50 years of experience. TBR's professional and administrative team members will integrate into UHY, continuing in their current roles. The entire team is set to relocate to UHY's existing office in Farmington Hills, Michigan.
Growth in Missouri:
UHY's expansion into Missouri is marked by the acquisition of Botz Deal & Company, P.C., a full-service firm founded in 1969. With three locations in St. Charles, St. Peters, and Wentzville, Botz Deal provides services to privately owned businesses, not-for-profit organizations, governmental entities, and individuals. All team members will continue in their current roles as part of UHY.
