UHY LLP, a national accounting and consulting firm, has merged with Massachusetts-based certified public accounting firm, Paresky Flitt & Company, LLP. The merger aids in strategic expansion of UHY's presence in the Northeast, bringing its total number of professionals to over 1,600 across 38 offices, and enabling Paresky Flitt to offer a broader range of services to its clients.
UHY LLP, a national accounting and consulting firm, has expanded its Northeast presence by merging with Paresky Flitt & Company, LLP, a certified public accounting firm based in Wayland, Massachusetts.
Strategic Expansion
This merger enhances UHY's footprint in the Northeast, complementing its existing offices in New York, Connecticut, and New Hampshire. The combined firm now employs over 1,600 professionals across 38 U.S. offices.
Client Service Enhancement
The integration allows Paresky Flitt to offer a broader range of services and expertise to its clients. David Lorenzi and Mike Okenquist will continue as Managing Partners of the Wayland office, with all 25 Paresky Flitt employees joining UHY. Lorenzi emphasized the shared commitment to building strong client relationships and proactively addressing potential issues.
