Unity & Prosperity Partners Acquire Cendrowski Corporate Advisors

Unity Partners, a Dallas-based private equity firm, and Chicago-based Prosperity Partners have jointly announced the acquisition of Cendrowski Corporate Advisors (CCA), a prominent Detroit-area tax, valuation, and accounting firm. The acquisition, completed as part of Prosperity’s growth strategy, further solidifies Prosperity’s service offerings and expands its geographic reach into Detroit. The financial terms of the transaction remain undisclosed. 

Founded by Harry Cendrowski in 1983, CCA has established itself as a boutique firm offering services across tax consulting, outsourced accounting, family office solutions, business valuation, dispute advisory, and forensic accounting. Known for their deep expertise and commitment to high-quality service, Cendrowski and his team will continue to lead CCA’s operations under Prosperity’s expanding umbrella, maintaining active roles within the firm.
