Welch & Co., a financial services firm, has merged with SingerLewak to create an expanded entity known as Welch & Company, a division of SingerLewak. The merger enables provision of broadened financial solutions and services, expands the firm's reach beyond Torrance and enhances their offering to their high-net-worth clientele.
Welch & Co., a financial services firm established in 1992, has merged with SingerLewak, expanding its reach and enhancing its service offerings. The merger, effective immediately, will create Welch & Company, a division of SingerLewak. Known for serving high-net-worth individuals, closely held businesses, and families, Welch & Co. specializes in estate and trust matters and has a long history of guiding family-owned businesses through their lifecycle.
The merger will allow the newly formed Welch & Company to provide an expanded suite of services, moving beyond the Torrance area to serve clients with global financial interests. Kerry Welch, Partner at Welch & Co., highlighted that the firm’s personalized approach to client service has been a key to its success. He expressed excitement about the merger with SingerLewak, which will enhance the firm’s capabilities and broaden its reach.
Jim Pitrat, Managing Partner at SingerLewak, shared his enthusiasm about the partnership, emphasizing that the merger would enable the firm to offer even more comprehensive, tailored financial solutions to its high-net-worth clients.
