Accounting firm Wipfli has acquired CompliancePoint, a company specializing in risk management services including information security, data privacy, and regulatory compliance. This deal, which will enhance Wipfli's service offerings, follows a recent investment from New Mountain Capital and is expected to help organizations manage regulatory scrutiny and cybersecurity threats.
Wipfli, a top 25 accounting firm, has announced its acquisition of CompliancePoint, a Duluth, GA-based provider specializing in risk management services. The transaction, set to close on May 1, marks Wipfli's first merger and acquisition deal of the year....
