Accounting firm Wipfli has acquired CompliancePoint, a company specializing in risk management services including information security, data privacy, and regulatory compliance. This deal, which will enhance Wipfli's service offerings, follows a recent investment from New Mountain Capital and is expected to help organizations manage regulatory scrutiny and cybersecurity threats.
