Platform Accounting Group acquired South Carolina-based Hultquist Firm, expanding its southern U.S. footprint. RRBB entered the Maryland market through its merger with Offit & Roth, and Doeren Mayhew further expanded in Florida by acquiring McMillan, Whiteman & Associates. Ascend also grew its presence via mergers and acquisitions in California, Georgia, and Pennsylvania. Smolin enhanced its advisory services by merging with New Jersey-based Vitolo & Associates.
